Overview:

The project includes a new two-story Administration Building to be located on six residential lots just north of existing Gate-22. The building, 37,000-gross square feet in area, will house 70 employees and offer expansion offices for ten additional employees.
The building is organized with department offices around the perimeter of the building and core elements at the center. Core elements on the second floor include an Emergency Operations Center designed to provide shelter for personnel during a Category 5 hurricane. The 1st floor will contain two Multi-purpose Rooms and a Lunch Room that can be subdivided or joined as one complete space. Site improvements include parking for approximately 120 employees, circulation sidewalks with an aluminum walkway cover and landscaping improvements to create a green space buffer zone along the North and West ends of the site.
